The door leading into the building appears to be made out of solid bricks however, when activated, a doorknob can be seen clipping through the bricks. The nearby super mutants will likely attack these raiders. After entering and leaving the tower, a band of raiders may spawn in front of the building. Appropriation: When speaking with Evan Watson of the Institute Advanced Systems section, he'll tell the Sole Survivor he is impressed with the Brotherhood of Steel's technology and that the Institute could learn a lot from it and asks for help in finding some blueprints. The shop window also hosts a chef hat, a hard hat, a sea captain's hat, and a ushanka hat, although the five hats may be quite difficult to see and access without Dogmeat's assistance. Dogmeat will retrieve it from a rubble-filled broken shop display window with a mannequin of a British soldier in the southwest corner of the courtyard. Captain Ironsides' hat can be found outside the building by having Dogmeat search for items. Behind the building to the northeast are the unique wooden, vine-covered arches of Christopher Columbus Park. There are no usable doors apart from the entrance. 
The interior features a single small room filled with large amounts of gore and skeletons, as well as a number of Halloween decorations, including plastic pumpkins and "Happy Halloween" bunting.
